   Proposal 1 : For Individual Investors ( Agriculture and Tourism Related )
There is an opportunity to be a part of this project by investing in it, however please note that like-minded people who are interested in conserving nature and wildlife may only contact.
Details are as follows :
1) Sale of 20 acres agricultural land@ Rs 10 lac / acre, strictly for agriculture use, which will be a part of 100 acres project in the name of Kokangabha
2) Investor could be a sleeping partner or a strategic partner,
a) Sleeping partner makes investment and doesn't participate physically.
He holds stake equivalent to the no of acres owned by him ( i.e 1% stake / acre).
Every year one annual meet will be held, in case of profits they will be shared in the percentage ratio of stakes held and losses if any the partners will not be held responsible.
For sleeping partners, an amount amicably decided every year shall be charged as developmental charges only in case of profits.
b) Strategic partner makes investments and also actively participates in the project.
He holds stake equivalent to the no of acres owned by him ( i.e 1% stake / acre).
Every year one annual meet will be held, in case of profits they will be shared in the percentage ratio of stakes held and losses if any the partners will not be held responsible.
Whatever business he generates will fetch him an income in addition to the project stake.
In case of strategic partners there will be no developmental charges levied since they contribute their time for the project.
3) A lock-in period of min 6years is expected. On completion of six years such partners will be offered one chance to exit the project by buying back their land assuring principle + 7% simple interest calculated on annual basis or the prevailing price of land whichever is higher and still continue to hold the timeshare of the property for the period alloted to them. However if they refuse they will be continued as a partner in the project with all terms of partnership as agreed .
4) Partners along with their families will be entitled for a free stay of min 15 days per annum and enjoy all the amenities available within the premises. This offer will be for a span of minimum 10 years to maximum 25 years depending on the investment
5) Every year one Annual meeting will be called for, to discuss the balance sheet, declare dividend and decide further course of actions.
   Proposal 2 : BOT ( Build-Operate-Transfer)
Projects like ; a) Dairy

                       c) Goat Farming
                       d) Fish Farming
                       e) Agriculture Processing
can be run on BOT basis
   Proposal 3 : For Orphans or Dropouts ( NGO's)
Training in various agricultural related activities will be imparted to such candidates, accomodation and Food will be sponsored by Kokangabha during this span. After successful completion of training they will be offered with a permanent employment
   Proposal 4 : For Real Estate Investors
The management of Kokangabha has launced a construction project at Village Pinguli, Taluka Kudal, District Sindhudurga. The details of the project are as follows :

Project is located near the religious place of Rawool Maharaj Math, Pinguli. The locational details of the property are as below;
